Our platform is constantly evolving and improving to meet all of your needs!

Check out all of the most recent updates that are now live and able to be used by you. If there is something you don'tyet  see in your dashboard, it might already be in the pipe-line, or submit the form below to suggest an update.

3/21/26 Updates

New Features

Cage Cards PDF Export - You can now generate and export Cage Cards as a PDF for selected animals—making it easier to organize and share important info offline. 3/21/26

  • In your dashboard, under the Animals tab click Cage Cards
  • All of your available animals will display and you can select up to 10 animals.
    • If you want to export more than 10 at a time, you will just need to do this a second time.
    • Animals with other statuses can be shown using the filter.
  • Once you have your selected animals, click the Download PDF button.
  • Each page includes the animal's main photo, all general information, bio, and a QR code that directs to their profile page on your website. If the animal is not checked off to be public on the website, then a QR code will not be included in the download.

Social Media Sharing - We’ve added a basic social sharing tool to the Edit Animal dashboard. This is a beginning model and will be improved in future updates. 3/21/26

  • Click on the animal you want to share to go to their Edit Animal profile.
  • At the top of the page you will find a Share button.
  • A short version of the animal's bio will be displayed, in which you can edit manually or using AI.
  • Once you have the caption to your liking, click the below buttons to copy the text.

Improvements

Image Editor - Crop and download animal images directly from the dashboard. 3/21/26

  • After an image has been uploaded, click on the pencil icon that is at the bottom of the image.
  • You can crop and perform other basic editing to choose what the thumbnail looks like.
  • You can also download the image to your device by clicking on the down arrow at the top left of the image.

Viewing Animals Photos - When an animal's image is clicked on within their profile, it will now open that image and allow you to acroll the full images, instead of only seeing them within the photo frame/cropped. 3/21/26

Redesigned PDF exports (application form, contact form, contract, medical) with cleaner font choice.

Medical Records Upload - Ability to Upload JPG/PNG images for medical records, not just PDF.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed DOB and medical dates showing incorrectly (off by one day)
  • Resolved error when removing an animal’s location, and added a new “No Location Assigned” option
  • Fixed admin Donations page showing donations across all rescues
  • Fixed Monthly Donations form (embed version) so it now properly takes over the full page
