Rescues will never be billed more than the agreed amount at the time of sign-up. However, One Click Rescue reserves the right to change service fees billed to end users with 30 days' notice.
CANCELLATION & DATA OWNERSHIP
- Rescue groups can cancel their services at any time without penalties.
- Rescue groups can export all their data at will.
- All data collected by a rescue group is exclusively the property of that group. One Click Rescue will not use, solicit, or sell this information without the consent of the rescue group.
- The domain name and graphics of the external website are the sole property of the rescue group and can be changed or canceled by the group at any time.
RESPONSIBILITY FOR CONTENT
- The rescue group is responsible for all photos, information, and content displayed on their website.
- One Click Rescue is not responsible for any unauthorized photos or information posted by the rescue group or its users.
BILLING POLICY
Any charges being billed directly to a rescue group are grandfathered in. Only new modules or features (such as email marketing, etc) can be added at the discretion of the rescue group. One Click Rescue reserves the right to modify service fees for end users with 30 days' notice. Rescues will not be billed beyond the agreed amount unless they opt into additional services.
